Indeed. I want to see how Jake handles this particular development.
Also, if Homestuck had to have a proper end-credits song for some reason, what should it be? My choice would be "Chain of Prospit", but I'm wondering what else people would like.
I'd like if it was "Temporal Shenanigans". If it wasn't long enough they could follow it with "I'm a Member of the Midnight Crew" (preferably Morton's 1909 version).
So, besides that revealing insight into Jake's head, we got to learn some things about the classes and aspects. I guess Pages are like Magikarp, which explains Tavros.

"the Droll's actually pretty competent."
It really weird to categorize...it's like competency hidden beneath idiocy...
Or maybe it makes more sense the other way around. He's clearly an idiot, but somehow he gets the job done...
I guess he's somehow remarkably hard to figure out.
So many things he does be accident, and then he comes out of the blue and sets up elaborate murder situation that involves explosives, and it works without a hitch.
Also, Jack mentioned urination...though now he has knives AND sharp/pointy things. I have a feeling his escape will involve someone being showed his stabs... even if it's completely unnecessary to stab them.
I think these latest with Jack are the most I've enjoyed a series of updates in a while now.
I reread Jailbreak pretty recently. I think I'd have appreciated it more the first time if I'd approached it as an old forum game rather than a webcomic. >s=6&p=001916
This was the point where I considered stopping reading Homestuck on first readthrough (I didn't because I figured it must have something going for it or it wouldn't be so popular).
Man is a most complex simple creature: see what he weaves, and how base his reasons for doing so.
Oh hey, Spider-Island. In which the people of Manhatten wake up one morning, get bitten by bed-bugs, and receive powers similar to what Spider-Man possesses.

Heh.
Though I find it unlikely anyone could beat up Dave, unless they had a large group of people who had some serious combat training. Someone who had been trained since they where an infant and could combat teleport does not sound like an easy victory.
I wonder how well schools can monitor what's in a Sylladex. I guess if they could make sure Dave didn't have a sword and other kids had stuff like umbrellakind and fistkind assigned to their strife specibus, then he could be outmatched.

I doubt Andrew would bother to detail this.
I just figure picking on the kid who has to save food in his closet because his brother filled their fridge with swords is probably not a great idea...

Problem Sleuth rocks. And yeah, I really like the Midnight Crew stuff as well.
I love it.

...Poor Jake. Although he's doing better than I would've thought.
A pretty good comic event, I have to say.
Guy Fieri is a Chief Justice and the Antichrist.
ICP are the twin presidents of the United States of Miracles.
If Spider-Island was published in 2008 instead of 2011, I think we can excuse it.
