So a customer walks in through the door marked "Customer Pickups" and goes up to the counter marked "Sales"

"Hi. Are you here for a return?"

"...uh...yes, actually."

"No problem! I'll get someone to help you."

I know it's nothing special but I love it when I can take someone by surprise like that.
