  I was actually just thinking about "Planeswalkers: The Fighting Game" a few hours ago.

  
  

  Each planeswalker would have a buff special (like Makoto's 'attacks deal double damage' buff or Juri's 'everything comboes into everything else' buff) and a regular special.

  
  

  Elspeth's buff would be invincibility (from Knight-Errant) and her special would be throwing the Godsend.

  
  

  Sorin's buff would be lifelink at half-power and his special would be Sorin's Vengeance.
