I do feel that I lack something that makes a melody flow so to speak. I'm verry much biased towards melody heavy songs, I can start the first few notes and then suddenly I hit a brick wall. :T

I know it depends on what I want the song to do, but it just happens to me whenever I try original stuff.

Ironically, I had an easier time with original compositions when I didn't know shit about music theory.
