    The map was cleanest somewhere in the 17th century. There was spanish empire of leon, castille etc. Morroco ruled north africa, and some parts of spain.
    Frankish empire controled france, Austrasia, saxony and denmark. Carpathia hungary and some surrounding duchies (that one still exists if you look closely). Byzantium got this big back then. Abyssinia was an empire, and so was Mali. 90% of India was under an empire, and ofc, the persian empire was roughly the size of byzantium.
    Norse empire didn't exist, there was a polish lithuanian commonwealth that controled poland, lithuania, sweden, norway and iceland.
    And I think HRE was formed at least twice. once in 13th century, and one was recent, 18th I think.

    I'm not posting this in my personal thread because I'd rather post about things I'm more passionate about like cartoons there, but the NFL's ratings are dropping.

    Good. I hope they keep dropping. I hope the NFL fucking dies, so ABC Warner doesn't have to spend a goddamn fortune on that shit anymore. I can't help but feel that the world would be much improved by the absence of the NFL.
