How stressed would you estimate you are overall? How anxious are you in average interactions (laid back, or a nervous wreck)? How do you "relax", and how often?
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
According to results from biology lab exercises last semester, I am physiologically on edge all the time. Yay anxiety disorders :P
From what I perceive, I'm relaxed sometimes, especially when I take my Zoloft. However, encountering unpleasant things will add different levels of stress depending on what it is. Children and loud noises tend to be some of the worst, and unfortunately they tend to go hand in hand. If they stack on top of each other too much, I will become on the verge of exploding.
1. Note that I said "neverending", meant to imply a quote of a quote of a comment instead of just a quote, 2. If you feel you have nothing to add, you are welcome not to add anything. Try not taking a suggestion as an attack next time.

Looking at pictures of cute animals usually calms me down, but only if I don't see something that makes me angry or upset in the process of doing so.
