it's hard to judge how attractive the dude is because his face is broken up very severely by the high-riding baseball cap and the weird sunglasses.

but yeah the outfit is deliberately over the top, as is usual for runway shows

Both the outfit and the man's face have a distinctly douchy look to them so it's probably both
