Prurient's Mater Dolorosa is pretty nasty even by his standards. And Still, Wanting is louder, as is Merzbow's Venereology, but neither has quite as much gruelling high end, just more compression.
Also, yes, Sissy Spacek are beastly. In a good way, mostly.
Talking Heads albums, ripped from the 5.1 DVD mixes. Even after downmixing those to CD quality stereo, they sound shockingly clearer than the official CD mixes.
you should actually get in sides but here are a few more of the big 90s rave acts which made it idk you've probably heard some of these (im not including the klf bcos you are familiar w them)
LFO - frequencies future sound of london - accelerator underworld - dubnobasswithmyheadman 808 state - pacific
Anyway, for some reason I thought you disliked Orbital, which is why they weren’t the first group I mentioned. Since you DO like them, you may also like the albums Orbital II (aka The Brown Album) or The Middle Of Nowhere.

Addendum: Richard Ramirez is unusually harsh even by the usual harsh noise standards, and generally produces more dynamic and thus more disturbing work than the wall noise-type groups to which he is most easily compared. So another dispatch from outside. Government Alpha is also pretty aggressive, but more rhythmic and playful and less brooding and titanic.
Also, been relistening to Dome's LPs and they are as great if not greater than I remembered.

I know that The Orb co-produced it.
idk much about dance, but this
Sparks seem to have had the prevailing influence on the album, so if for some reason you dislike Franz Ferdinand, you still may like it.
