NSimSun is not free...dunno if it's even available as a webfont

Terminal also seems to be a Windows-only thing

They most likely added it to the drop-down menu. Your browser won't use it unless it's actually on your system, though; a lot of the stranger Windows fonts aren't available outside Windows.

If you install MS Office on a Mac, you get a bunch of them. Some are available as a free download from MS, too. And pretty much everything is available through questionably legal means.
