^^It's fun to have an environment in which you don't have to think about anything (other than not eventually ending up on ID or with crabs or something like that). That and you're not just allowed but encouraged to get drunk and initiate sexual activity with strangers, kind of neat when you're bored.

clubbing is fun but is only fun with the right people. so with only me there i do not think i would have fun, particularly
going to a pub/bar alone is more acceptable and i would do that if i wished to but i have always had somebody to go with, thus far, and again, the people you with are half of the point i think
also i have gone to a lot of gigs alone. consequence of my music taste. that's fairly standard tho
My current friends generally do not want to go.
