Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
I'm still not entirely sure if I want to stick with this dwarf or go with someone of another race. I don't know which nonstandard races are kosher for this campaign.

I personally really like the idea of having a Dwarfy PaladinTM in what is otherwise a rather nonstandard party layout so far, but it's obviously your call.
I have decided that I am going to keep my spell list here so I can collaborate with the other players (particularly Sredni) in deciding what to keep and what to replace.
Note that Melfina, at least currently, has the Energy Substitution (Fire) feat and can thus make any elemental spell deal fire damage instead of its base damage.
0th Level Spells: Ray of Frost, Flare, Dancing Lights, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Read Magic
1st Level Spells: Magic Missile, Summon Monster I, Kelgore's Fire Bolt, Burning Hands

Well, we already have two spellcasters, so it's not out of the question. I'm just gonna have to babysit all of you because I'm the only lawful character :P

I seem to recall him saying early on in the PM thread that he didn't think psionics were a good fit for what he was going for, but I could be wrong.
Also, I'm going to stick with DORFY PALADIN, but I'm wondering if I should reroll to try and get something that doesn't look like it was slapped together at 2 AM.

*Though I realized I forgot to add my 4th level stat point, so that's going into Charisma. Charisma skills need a boost if I'm going to be a Paladin.
your stats aren't the best, but they're not bad either.
The skill spread is more of a concern. Generally you want ranks in more things as opposed to maxing out ranks in just one or two things (as an example, Mel has ranks in Use Magic Device, Spellcraft, Arcana Knowledge, Diplomacy, and Bluff)
as for what those skills should be specifically, I'd ask Naney.

Really? I thought Smogon-style dumping all my points into the minimum number of stats possible was The Thing To Do in most games. Huh.
Additionally, what skills you choose should not only be useful in a campaign, but flesh out what kind of character you are playing. For example, with my Archivist, in addition to a wide breadth of knowledge about mystical and academic subjects - with a focus on religion, naturally - I put a decent number of points in Bluff, Intimidate and Move Silently. This should tell you something.

That part I already got. I'm kinda hoping Sense Motive is helpful in that regard. It's just that I usually make high-INT characters when I play around with character generators, so I have more skill points to play around with.
Duskblade should be fine. We're already balanced perfectly between casters and non-casters anyways.
Knight looked interesting, but we've already got a paladin on the team and the knight's abilities seem fairly paladin-ish. Same with Beguiler and Sredni's archivist.

They're an option on the character generator, but they might have a base level restriction.
Your stats in all of my most important categories are uniformly higher and it makes me a mildly sad panda.
Which is not to say that my stats are generally bad; to the contrary, they are rather good... except for Strength, which is abysmal (4). But yours are better overall. That said, I am apparently more dexterous and charismatic than you are, if barely?

Not ideal maybe, but fine.
Alternately you could go for one of the weirder classes. We already have an Archivist, so we're hardly a traditional party.
She might multiclass into wizard later if I develop an interest in the Ultimate Magus prestige class, but that is unlikely.
My advice is to put it into Planes or Religion.

Let me check Player's Handbooks 2 and 3.
The Duskblade also seems neat but you said you don't want to cast, and the Duskblade is a gish character.
