Disney-Marvel and Comcast-NBC Universal strike me as fairly different deals because Disney saw nothing wrong with Marvel and Comcast saw fit to kick out NBC Universal's CEO. Comcast-NBC Universal does have shades of Sony-Columbia in my mind as well...even if it was an outgrowth of their failed attempt to buy Disney in 2004.
