Something I need to say now that Christmas is almost here

First let me stress that I AM NOT A RACIST. I like people of all kinds. Many of my friends are black, white, asian, and hairy. I have nothing against any culture. However I need to express one sentiment

Life Day

Is Not

A REAL HOLIDAY

Okay? Can we all just admit that? I know Wookies have had a tough time what with being taken as slaves by the Galactic Empire and all, but now that the Emperor is dead and we have a Wookie for a high chancellor, I think we can all admit racism is mostly dead.

But when my kids come home from school, telling me they have to have a "holiday party" rather than a Christmas party to not offend other students, I get a little ruffled.

I mean it's one thing when it's a real holiday, like the Turkish Eid Al-Adha, or the pagan Winter Solstice, or the Roman Saturnalia, or the Toydarian Hanukkah, but when it's a fake holiday like Life Day, I just get mad.

Now let me stress that you can celebrate whatever holiday you want in the confines of your own home, but this is first and foremost a CHRISTIAN Republic, and we celebrate CHRISTIAN holidays. I want my kids to celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus, not the birth of the baby Orrekazzapirr or Lowbacca.

Okay? I just want to stress that I am still not racist.

    What if the people of Switzerland are getting kind of sick of that joke about things violating the Geneva Conventions?  Be careful, you don't want to anger the Swiss, their army is unstoppable (though it hasn't seen war in 200 years).  You mess with things beyond your knowledge!
