  i find it bizarre how people seem to think an acceptance of social constructivism must entail a rejection of transgendered individuals (tho i'm aware that many radical feminists are indeed transphobic)
  
  to me some degree of social constructivism seems almost trivially true, and i find the outright rejection of it slightly alarming, for various reasons
  
  that doesn't mean biology isn't also a factor in the construction of gender identities; clearly it is

  interesting that McNeill identifies the social constructivism of gender as an aspect of radfem extremism, while Allen identifies biological determinism as the source of said extremism
  
  tho the one is concerned with anti-prostitution and the other with transphobia, but they're targetting some of the same individuals

  The thing about that is, if you use UTC times or even Unix timestamps for sorting, posts will always be in the right order. I should check and see what SQL query Vanilla is feeding MySQL, since I'm pretty sure all decent SQL databases support a "timestamp with time zone" data type.

  Even with Unix timestamps there's the worry of having to correct drift which can cause problems, albeit much more localized and smaller ones.
