  What is this the progression to? Are the iii and vi minor or major? Je suis confus...

  I think the vi is minor.
  
  So this would probably be a repeating progression, a derivative of the standard I V vi IV, where we replace the V with a V of vi (i.e. a III).  And then add a ninth to the IV.
