Let's wait and see what the MSPA guys say once it's fixed. I wouldn't put it past Syrian hackers putting up propaganda, and I wouldn't put it past anti-Syria hackers trying to piss people off at Syria even more by vandalizing stuff in their name. Hackers just kinda suck like that.
I'm poking through the page source looking for that. So far all I'm seeing is jpegs, iframes to youtube, and links to someone's facebook page. It looks like they mostly left the scripting alone save to inject one function to echo out their image dump. Nothing's jumping out at me as contagious (which, granted, doesn't mean much).
Best to run the usual scans nonetheless of course.

Well, the Syrian Electronic Army has hacked many a page and many a twitter. MSPA wouldn't be all that out of the ordinary, really.
I think the most disgusting was really when they hacked the Onion's twitter and posted image macros.
