I wear t-shirts and hoodies and jeans like a million other geeks who spend their entire day alone. I usually wear flip flops now but when I make an actual outing I have a nice pair of moccasin-like shoes. I have no style in real life.

I hate it when stuff gets blanked and reading a thread becomes akin to solving a puzzle.

Anyway, I feel that interest in clothing is simply something that society teaches girls to do more than boys. I don't think I'd be much more interested in clothing and fashion if I had a female body as opposed to a male body. Society -- at least the societal context I've experienced growing up in the United States -- does a lot to make us (both genders!) to focus more on the appearance of females than that of males, especially when it comes to sexual attractiveness. (And I don't particularly like that.)

Well, to be honest, a lot of the initial comments here were pretty flippant and gave the impression of no-one really caring about the subject at hand, which is tremendously unfair.
