I dislike the premise of them just "beating up" someone on the pretense that it is shallow, and the conditions of them beating someone up could be achieved by broadening the overall movies into situations by which the group find themselves in.

Like, for example, when mysterious disappearances are happening around the globe, our team of different origins finds themselves in a new fantastic world!

To be fair, this is a pretty shallow group that's been assembled.

Though, I still approve of the idea.
