Yoko "Deepweb Damsel" Miyu is a Californian of Japanese descent with a lifelong fascination with cult video games and television. 

Yoko was inspired to write The Weird America Collection during her 2008 roadtrip across the country, and has worked on it tirelessly since. The much-anticipated surrealist short story collection was finally released in May of 2013.
