To clear a stage in Super Hexagon, you need to survive for 60 seconds.

On Hyper Hexagoner(fifth stage of six), my longest is 58 seconds 48 frames; a frame is 1/60 of a second. [EDIT: no longer true, see rest of post]

Now that the particular complaint is gone, I'm going to use this thread for my records; if any Heaper beats my times, which I'm sure someone eventually will, I'll update the post with their time.

Hexagon(Hard): 130:09

Hexagoner(Harder): 129:15

Hexagonest(Hardest): 118:55

Hyper Hexagon(Hardester): 89:19

It is pretty crazy, although as you get better you tend not to notice the rotations and speed as much.

Also, I'm going to edit my now-best times into the first post.

Are the patterns random?

The patterns are randomized: you get the more complex "gauntlet" patterns as in the trailer intertwined with sets of completely randomized walls.

The music in the trailer plays in the game on (Hyper and regular) Hexagonest. Similar tracks by the same person show up in the other modes.
