Skullgirls has a lot of fanservice, so I guess that works out. Not that I want people to get the impression that that's supposed to be the main attraction, but I think there's a panty shot for every character but one.
Stop that pony. Skullgirls has great sexy, powerful, destructive and glorious characters, with awesome artwork, screen detailing and and an extremely compelling story with beautiful music. Don't shortsell it because you are UNCOOOOOOMFORTABLE around the Fanservice aspect. It may have the Konami name slapped on it, but that doesn't mean it's going to end up like that otaku fanporn action/RPG moe fanservice fighter that VocipherousMasokissed posted awhile back.
36E tits and long socks or not, it's one of the best spectator games out there.
Valentine has really cool supers, Her level 3 super has her "operate" while there's a cutscene from the first-person perspective of the victim, and her level 5 can actually revive a KO'd teammate.
So, it's been out for two weeks now. It seems to be doing well. I see threads for it on /vg/ relatively frequently, and I think it was the top selling downloadable game for some system at some point for a while.
It comes out in Europe and Australia on PSN on the 2nd. Still no word on when they'd release for the PC, but it's something they want to do.
I realize I'm triple posting across three weeks without much to add. I just kinda figured since it's been out and we're on a new site... I dunno. So, has anyone played it at all? Anyone else just waiting for it on PC?

Bought it.
Friday really enjoyed what little she got to play before baby started getting fussy and Friday passed out from lack of sleep.
Took me a little bit to realize basic moves (the power moves) where on R1 and R2.
I played through Parasoul's story mode.
Ms.Fortune ended up being the hardest person to fight (she was even the FIRST person I fought). Eventully I found I was mostly best off timing and using my power moves against her. Ms. Fortune seems really fast and gets in close. Keeping her at a distance and just whacking her worked.
The end boss took me a bit, but I eventully go through that, too.
One thing that's sort of a bummer is that there seems very little to unlock. It's rated really well on the Play Station Network, so hopefully they'll make some DLC and add some characters.
Yeah, if I remember right, I hear Ms. Fortune is called something like a fast rush-down character, and Parasoul is a zoning character. In other words, that's more or less appropriate judgement for that situation.
So they've announced it officially for PC. It'll be released on several download services including Steam "in the coming months".
There will be DLC characters and stages. The two I remember being confirmed, though there will be more, were Umbrella (Parasoul's little sister) and Squigly (some zombie with a skeletal parasite). You'll have to pay for them, though. Oh, and there are unlockable skins. One of them has to be unlocked with a cheat code. For the PS3, it's down, R1, up, L1, square, X on the local versus screen.
I kind of want to download it, but at the same time, I feel that it's likely difficult enough that I'd never beat it. Meaning it'd be a waste of my time. :/

"Normal" was pretty hard for me, at first.
A nice thing is you're allowed to try a story mode fight as many times as you need to move on.
You only have to win once, and then you're on to the next fight.
There is an easy mode. Though, I managed to stick with normal.
Honestly, wanting to toss the controller moments mostly happened against Ms. Fortune, but this had a lot to do with the fact that I was approaching the fight the wrong way.
The boss fight was difficult, but I managed to pin down a few strategies that helped me carry the day.
There seems to be a free demon off the Play Station Network.
In fact, the demo is actually the full game, but you need a small file to unlock everything which costs money.
I'm not sure how much is locked in the demo, but I'd imagine it should give someone a good idea on if the game is worth money.
It was rated pretty highly (something like 4.87 stars out of 5) on PSN, so people must be enjoying it.
I found out from my German friend that a French guy in this dorm has a PS3 he's willing to share. He was saying we could pitch in for games we wanted to play, and I mentioned Skullgirls. $15 split three ways is pretty cheap for an awesome game. So now, there's a non-zero chance that I'll be able to play it on a regular basis before it comes out on PC.

I don't care for panties either.
What's underneath them is a different story entirely.

I rarely have the time to devote to practicing video games.
As such I consider some too difficult for me (Embodiment Of Scarlet Devil being another example, and A Super Mario Thing being yet another).

There's a demo on XBLA too.
There's other reasons I don't want to get it right now (mostly, I share a console with my family members)

And Skullgirls is still a dirtyawesome fighter and hope to get it (eventually) because I do not own an XBox.
