Several heapers have expressed (on IRC) the desire to watch this particular anime, and all episodes of it are available (in dubbed form) on Funimation's Youtube channel.

Also, JHM, Section42L and I have been watching Cowboy Bebop in plug.dj and discussed watching other shows and movies in there. I was curious if you'd be interested in making this an all purpose media sharing club thread for coordinating times and such.
