  The creepiest part isn't the outfit or the lolly or the expression, but the fact that her head is so cartoonishly (for lack of a better word) proportioned compared to the rest of her body

  It's pretty much exactly like the Star in Super Mario Bros. (and Hussie even compared it to that later in the story), but with the sort of debilitating mental and physical effects a bender would cause.
