  I remember about a year ago there was a period when I thought about CanWest a lot.
  
  And they're gone now too. Shaw Media picked up their TV properties, and their newspapers are now owned by Postmedia Network.

  Corus Entertainment apparently went by the name "Shaw Media" at one point because it was owned by the same family.
  
  Either way, though, Shaw's logo blows Corus's out of the water. Good God, Corus has a terrible brand mark.

  I really liked Alliance Atlantis's logo when I found it on YouTube a while back. Decent graphic design and some of the most amazing music ever written for a logo.
