Would you like to buy a vowel?

No, of course I don't. What corporate nonsense is that? Vowels belong to Mother Nature, and they should be free for anyone to use. Vowels are a human right. No person should ever be denied a vowel because they can't afford to pay.

That's why I'm proud to announce the OpenVowel project: the world's first open-source vowels! Built on the public-domain Greek alphabet, OpenVowel hopes to provide production-quality vowels for everyday use, and will always be available free of charge.

Now, as this is only an alpha release, the only vowel currently available is α. Future releases will include vowels separate replacements for e, i, o, and u, but for now our developers recommend using α for everything. Majascule letters are also not supported at this time.
