  I'm not going to shed a tear over some disposed killbots, but I'm also of the opinion that robots should not be given sapience at all. There's just nothing good that can come of it, and no good reason to do it short of, "because I can." I don't WANT my toaster to be able to think for itself and have feelings and opinions and dreams and aspirations. I just want my toaster to make toast. All that other stuff is detrimental to the toast-making process.
