Hmm, according to this Elements of Harmony book, Princess Luna's original name was Princess Selena and Nightmare Moon's original name was Discord. (The latter, according to Faust, was dropped because they worried kids wouldn't know what "discord" means.)

Honestly, the name doesn't fit super well, at least not as well as other names based on concepts could. "Envy" might work, though I wonder if they'd want to avoid sins as they might have to do the other six.

At least we'd probably get to see a canon Molestia.

This is apparently a joke from Gencon and the team behind Shadow Run (A pen and paper roleplaying game for those that don't follow that scene), or more specifically their Line Developer who isn't too fond of ponies, but lost a bet. Ridicuoulsness aside, would you play something like this? And for those that have never held a D20 in your lives, would a pony edition make you try it?

They're not at the magical "65" episode limit, so it'd be nice to see another half season.

It's what the channel needs: something interesting that isn't there to sell anything. Unfortunately, Hasbro doesn't own the show and Hub Network probably runs on a tight enough budget to restrict spending on outside-produced original programming greatly (the show is produced and owned by Film Roman, though the network's head honcho Margaret Loesch's production company The Hatchery is a co-producer).

I've pretty much braced myself to kiss the network goodbye come 2015 (when Discovery and Hasbro's "commitment" to it stops) and just know that Jeffrey Katzenberg is out there, waiting for it to come up for sale...

Man, I really want to figure out what causes/fueled the whole MordecaiXTwilight Sparkle, thing.

Dan I get since the Hub basically made created their own cross-over promo which seemingly inspired Dan vs Friendship is Magic. Then we have MORE Hub based fuel.

But Mordecai and Twilight are on other channels...

Maybe it would help if I watched some Regular Show, then I'd think those two where made for each other, or something...
