I found most of the episodes pretty mediocre, really. A few where just sort of...off. Like it was a good idea, but not executed as well as it could have been.

I agree.
There are only a couple of episodes that I would measure up to the standards of previous episodes, and at least one that was just downright bad.
I mean, it wasn't as good as season one, which wasn't as good as season two, but I still really liked it.
I enjoyed season three, especially "Sleepless in Ponyville," "One Bad Apple," and "Magical Mystery Cure," but I can understand why people might have reservations about some of the episodes. Hopefully season 4 will address most of those concerns.
Regardless of any of that, I still sort of feel like MLP season 3 was relatively good for a show aimed at children, but perhaps part of that belief is just a result of having low standards for this kind of thing.

At least Seth will be happy!
Now everyone, before we go crazy, let's take a deep breath and think for a moment. Before anyone says the show itself is ruined, please keep in mind that this is a spin-off from the main show and should not effect the show we all know and love.
On another note, why not give this spin-off at least a chance? At one point we all faced that dilemma of giving My Little Pony a chance despite the stigma that was associated with the brand. If all goes well and the show has as much love and care put into it as FiM it might just give our pony friends another world to explore and more adventures to have. The fun has been doubled, as an enthusiastic Princess of the Night might say
Just wanted to show the Trixie image and the excelent point made by Equestria Daily.
yes your desire for the existence of specific fictional horse relationships reveals the full extent of your bigotry, welcome to the hall of shame, here is your complimentary "GOD HATES FAGS" sign.

OTPs pretty much by-pass any concerns of sexual orientation, unless you're actually vested in the couple becoming canon...which is probably a moot point for pretty much all ships in MLP:FiM.

I know may tublerites would tell me I'm wrong, but they're stupid and have obsessed over pairings and Social Justice to the point where they have bled over into what I call the "super-sad zone" which is a zone that, when one occupies, your opinions get filed in the cabinet where I no longer have fucks to give over your opinions.

Rarity's canon love is Fancy Pants, much to Spike's dismay.

Am I the only one who liked season three?

They're all grimace people, and nothing can kill the grimace, so I don't care!

Even though if not for CA and I, I wouldn't like the pairing.
(Though the relationship between Twilight and Rarity is mostly unexplored)
Right...
