The fuck? His Gyarados moveset is terrible! Dragon Rage is good for the first 3 gyms or so, then it becomes terrible. If you're going to exploit Gyarados' terrible Special stat, at least use Hydro Pump!

And who the fuck even uses Charizard as an ideal, anyway?
