  My first time, I played it only in the dark in the dead of night, and it was very eerie and creepy. ^_^ It was *amazing!!*

  I found the overall atmosphere to be deliciously dark and creepy. That, the game got just right.
  
  But the only thing that made me actually recoil in fear was THE FACE.

  Come to think of it, I get a feeling of nervousness watching videos of LSD Dream Emulator that I don't get with Yume Nikki. In LSD, it just feels like something's going to happen suddenly that's going to, if not really scare me, then startle me unpleasantly.

  Yume Nikki didn't scare me, but i feel like i missed out on a lot of it.  i kinda ran out of things i could think of to try, but i didn't want to use a walkthrough because that feels like missing the point.
