It's scary because the figures that have vague human appearances are distorted in ways that do not fit actual human figures (for example, lack of pupils)
Also, the bottom up perspective is meant to invoke feelings of smallness.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
I didn't find the perspective scary, but maybe that's because I interpreted it more as a "wide-angle lens" type thing
Is there a word for something that only exists because you mention its existence?
Like, If you called a restaurant and told them about a crisis of prank callers who call restaurants to distract the owners from the customer problems, what do you call that?
I went to this psychology site and then a pop-up came and recommended me a book about narcissism, and then I immediately scoffed and got huffy because I thought the site was doing aimed marketing to me.
and then I realized just how narcissistic a thought that was.
When I first saw Japanese symbols, I at first thought "How strange" and then I realized that english words probably looked just as strange to someone who didn't know english.
I mean, look at this U W.
That second letter is called "Double U" yet it looks nothing like U or u.
The story here tonight is a typical WWII romantic intrigue, just another evening at Raoul's place, involving a future opium shipment's being used by Tamara as security against a loan from Italo, who in turn owes Waxwing for a Sherman tank his friend Theophile is trying to smuggle into Palestine but must raise a few thousand pounds for purposes of bribing across the border, and so has put the tank up as collateral to borrow from Tamara, who is using part of her loan from Italo to pay him. But meantime the opium deal doesn't look like it's going to come through, because the middleman hasn't been heard from in several weeks, along with the money Tamara fronted him, which she got from Raoul de la Perlimpinpin through Waxwing, who is now being pressured by Raoul for the money because Italo, deciding the tank belongs to Tamara now, showed up last night and took it away to an Undisclosed Location as payment on his loan, thus causing Raoul to panic. Something like that.

Your fear was intended side-effect.
I'd say it's certainly more wonderful than scary
the blank white eyes don't help
First, to understand the process, we must bake an apple pie.

Irony? I don't know.

maybe Odramymidek could tell us
You know, for years on end I have practiced delivering lines in a flat tone, I can say any kind without breaking any kind of tension.
If tone were a tightrope I could walk both ways uphill in the snow.
All aboard the S.S. Narcissism
And then we'll board this pirate ship, the dreadful Odyssey.
That's latin right? the silk consistency, not the drug.

Come on english, get it together.
