In general aging is linked to a decline in quality of the DNA in your body's cells. There are a few competing theories as to what damages the DNA and how. It could also be a combination of the different theories. As tissues accumulate damaged DNA, the cells begin to function at less optimal capacities, and the cumulative decline in performance manifests as the symptoms of aging. These symptoms advance until the body is no longer capable of compensating and the individual dies. The most common forms of "dying of old age" are heart or lung failure, i.e., organ failure in an organ critical to living.

Regular Cheez-Its are the best

I wanna see the coyote eat the roadrunner, and the Trix rabbit get the Trix, and Lucky the Leprechaun kill all those stupid kids that keep stealing his Lucky Charms, and also an ice cream cake sitting in front of me this very second

It's funny, though...metal these days always seems so pristinely produced, with such crystal-clear note-perfect sound....in theory I ought to like this, yet I often feel like I miss the cruddier production that 80s-era thrash and death metal albums had...
I think things can be said for both production styles. I generally prefer clearer production when it comes to more technical metal because that way you can hear everything that's going on better, but I think simpler stuff works better with a bit of grit to hold everything together and add some atmosphere. But that's just me.
There is something to be said for being able to hear every nuance. That can be nice. Yet, I feel like metal is better when it has some roughness to its sound, a bit of "it's not quite perfect but WE DON'T GIVE A FUCK"
