I managed to avoid the spoiler.

So, there was me wondering when the "darkness" was going to kick in, and then suddenly Mami's head was gone and that's when "shit got real" and I held out hope for many episodes with my buddy I was watching it with that she'd be wished back by Madoka.

But I'm not one to pass up such memeriffic gallows humor.

Honestly, I found Episode 4 worse, simply because of how broken up Madoka was about it. (wasn't spoiled here, since I watched it as it aired)
