Depends on how you define them. If we're going by MLP versions, your average unicorn is clearly superior in terms of marginal societal utility, which is why so much wealth is concentrated in their possession.
I'm not as familiar with the classical interpretations of these creatures, but in the sort of generic popular culture versions, I'd be inclined to go with pegasi as creatures I'd be more willing to associate with, and unicorns as creatures I'd be more willing to be. Unicorns are wild and mysterious, and pegasi seem much more likely to be bros about the whole domestication business that humans do.
