The Empire of Heaperia
(derp, there was supposed to be a link here, but I took it out because it was slightly out of date, please stand by)

I recently realized it might be cool to have a consistent canon for the Heap. Basically, all those provinces are open and can be claimed by anyone. I also have a few ideas, but as I want this to be a collaborative effort they're all open to debate.
-The cluster of three islands is actually an independent city state ruled by the Baron Kexruct (woo self insert)
-Central Avenue is the Empress
-Entering the Unnamed Territory causes you to lose your memory, and it can only be regained by leaving (possible inclusion in the Heapette adventure?) but you can never remember your experiences there.
Any characters that you can provide would be nice to.

Well, Cannae (the deserty costal part on the leftmost continent) is less an official country and more a loose alliance of city-states. The largest city-state, Bellamy's Cove, is (you guessed it) a pirate haven, more or less ruled by Captain Samuel Bellamy, who prefers to be called a "privateer".
