  I like koth_harvest, cp_gorge, ctf_well, koth_nucleus, this one sniper map, and...
  
  well, basically, it depends on my mood.  If I'm in the mood for random chaos, dm_store playing pyro is quite nice.  If I'm in the mood for patience and skill shots, there are a few good sniper maps.  If I wanna play engineer, defense on attack/defense maps is nice, as are koth maps that I know well.
  
  I still don't know of a good way to practice playing spy though.

  I like Upward, since the only game mode I regularly play is Payload.

  I almost exclusively play payload these days.  plr_hightower is one of my favorites now.

  My favorite used to be pl_upward. Don't play too often now. Internet connection in the dorms is too...finicky at the moment.

  I wish my laptop wasn't dying, and could handle TF2. I would play pl_thundermountain and pl_hoodoo more often, along with other maps that are not tiny warehouses and stuff. The large maps have more powerful games, but are the choppiest for me.

  The large maps are sucky to play though.  Get sniped all the time.  Small maps with tight corridors FTW.

  Small maps with tight corridors just mean stickybombs and surprise Pyros for me. Not my thing, unless I am the surprise Pyro.

  I think that every map has something that isn't for everyone. Narrow corridors, Spyholes, Sniper Nests, Engie Nests, Engie Pillars, Engie Pools, Engie Corners, Engie Doors, .....hmmm.
