This. It can be terribly overbearing at points.

Although I will give him credit for having an affinity for Rock In Opposition bands, particularly Hérésie-era Univers Zéro. Then again, my issue is more with his borderline fascistic attitude towards metal genres than his taste itself, so this is moot.

And yes, I mean borderline fascistic. Some of his rants on metal sound like National Front rhetoric. It is really frigging weird.
