I like mine "medium rare" myself.

Medium Well done was my temp of choice for a while, but the texture is just better if you aim for cooking the steak a bit less.

I've always had my steak well, mostly because my parents were probably scared I'd get sick or something if I had any pink meat.

I'll probably try it cooked a different way sometime.
