Legs + thighs work better in many regards. Breast meat doesn't give off as much flavor, but absorbs it better.

Still, thighs end up in my green curry, Breasts do not.

Leigh Saibo made perfectly cooked turkey breasts for Christmas. I'm not sure I ever had breast that were perfectly cooked as opposed to a bit dry.
