God dammit, I hate insomnia.

I was up all night playing video games and trying to fall asleep. You know how hard it is to get all of the Great Cave Offensive treasures while sleep-deprived

Friday has chronic Insomnia. Her sleep schedule is now something like 3-5 hours at night, 2-4 hours in the day.

I suppose that could be considered healthy if she hit eight hours in a day, but she almost never does.

True, though she's had sleeping problems since long before Lain was born.

Kinda hard to say if they're worse, now. She's doing a decent job of getting more sleep in the afternoon.

I lapse in and out of insomnia. Depends on what time of the year it is and/or whether school is being bluh.

I seem to be insomnia again too. Conveniently, something I would've had to get up for at 7 am tomorrow was cancelled.

^^ You might want the to check the list of known side-effects for the pills. Sleepiness might be one.

It kinda depends on the pill or the person.

If you don't feel these pills are worth the side-effect, tell your Doctor.

They'll likely prescribe you something else (though you might need to try a few different things before the perfect pill comes along).

Often times the side-effects are worth the effect of the pill. It really depends on how well the pill agrees with the person.

Sometimes its not too bad.

Sometimes I fall asleep at 1 or 2 in the morning.

And I gotta get up at 5:30, 6:00 if I'm lucky.
