they won't even use the old logo scheme on their nostalgia products
I suppose that is to 1. cultivate a perception that properties like Rugrats and Rocko are timeless and not just 1990s nostalgia kitsch, and 2. because that makes too much sense
i'd have said mid-to-late nineties, w/ the caveat i've only experienced their programming on other channels so am not factoring the channel itself into my considerations here
so i guess that's the opposite of what you said, huh
