Tall one is Lauren Faust, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna (*Rainbow & starry manes respectively*) are the rulers of Equestria, the pink one is Cadence, who will be in the season 2 finale, and the smaller two are an animation error produced Alicorn and a one off character in a french coloring book.

Not sure about the medium height one.

And they've all been given Molestia (*See Above*) eyes.
