^^ I have always enjoyed your longer tracks, personally.
^ Will check this out later. Do check out that Have a Nice Life track Sunn posted, though; the whole album is great, but that track in particular has been a great source of inspiration for me.

I did, and it helped a lot. I'm glad Sunn introduced me to that band, by the way
it kind of just wiggles in place though? I feel like it could use a bit more progression if that's something you're interested in. Maybe a bit more low-end too.
Otherwise really good though! I'm reminded a little bit of like a more digital Boards of Canada.
I feel like you could have made the last thirty seconds into a further minute or two with some clever arrangement; as it stands it feels a little too short. Also, having the bass fade in rather than drop in would make the change in sound feel less abrupt. But otherwise, I really, really like that.
Like I literally have hundreds of un-exported FL bones files with names like "adfsasfsdfsda" or "little reggae thing with the blerrblerr loop", stuff like this aside.
Not yet. I need to export it again because the original bounce is trapped on a computer that went x—x so yeah. Sometime this week I will either put it on Soundcloud or send you the file directly.
So every once in a while I demo something in a different genre to see if I can figure out what makes it tick and apply those lessons to my own music. Here's a recent attempt
I think it's the best thing I've done thusfar and I enjoy the album cover also.
Fellow forumgoer Zeico had this to say;
the first track sounds like.... just entering a beach town and youre about to find out all the problems and thats why you got transferred here on the police force
thats the feeling i got also its the 70s
stranger spires is.... floating in an aquarium
witha bunch of fish and shit colorfully swirling about
idk but right now its like... south asian jungle
and I'm a mage looking for like ingredients for a spell
7 is falling in the sky memories flashing
8) a swampy water tribe marketplace
you are kinds on the seedy EDGE but you gotta go further in
its the only place you'll find them
9) bamboo industry......? No a shaolin temple. the monks training as you look on wanting to learn. Oh shit they spotted you.
10) First time trying pot in the city out with kinda friends. I trust... 2 out of the 4 of the people im with.
11) feels chiller... in a cold way. Like that feeling when the cold makes you sleepy and you hear a blizzard
Listening to Record Eleven now! I also went on ahead and updated the Skullblog header, though if you're still waiting to actually put its existence out in the world I won't make a post about it yet.

Here's the new version of that track. I think it's more interesting now, but again, I'd really appreciate any feedback you've got for it
