THEORY TIME!

Alright, so it's obvious Vriska isn't Nepeta as Nepeta is Nepeta and Vriska is Vriska, but Nepeta is dead so who's to say Vriska didn't become Nepeta while Nepeta was busy being dead?

Other dead characters: Equius, Feferi, Eridan, Bro, A shitton of alternate Daves and Aradiabots, like half or three fourths or some obscure fraction of Sollux, Tabooz, and basically every1 else because homestuck is death.

Now, Vriska would probably only become someone she actually has some sort of relationship with, so that rules out Bro, Feferi, Nepeta and all of those Daves, She probs wouldn't be Equius as he is sweaty and that's kind of gross. No one would willingly choose to be a spineless cripple so Tavnut is out. That leaves Eridan, Aradiabot, and a lil bit of Sollux.

BUT, we must also illuminate the possibility that Vriska chose to become her dancestor Aranea. This is evidenced by the fact that Vriska wanted to be her bitchin awesome ancestor Mindfang, but as we all know, despite how adorable she is, Aranea is a boring shit compared to Mindfang, although we can't be sure Vriska knew that before trying to become her.

Vriska seems to like having her options open, so there is no guarantee that she just chose one person. Therefore, I posit that Vriska is actually part Sollux, part Aranea, and half stupid bitch.
