When I need to sample a Youtube video, I just record it in Audacity with the 'record whatever should be coming out of your sound speakers' settings

Like,

There's a bar under the Play/Stop/Fast Forward buttons where you can fiddle with the speakers and the microphone, yeah? If you mess with the microphone, there should be an option to record via the speakers.

At least, that's what it does for mine. Maybe it's the sound driver I use? It's Realtek, if anyone's curious.
