Honestly, listings like this one aren't even the worst ones, as far as battery capacity goes
Because even less technical people would have some idea that 300,000 mAh is a physical impossibility for cells this size
The more devious ones are the one that advertise realistic capacities, like 2500 mAh, but then only give you like 1500 or 1000 mAh
And of course those are also the ones that are harder to prove are scams
