So, it turns out that many of us seem to have certain animals we're associated with.

cybernetic squid = squid (believe it or not)
ProfessorGator = alligator (no way!)
Anonus = pony
Central Avenue = PONY
Claus = rats
Vriska = spiders
whale/windfish = whale or wind fish or maybe just fish
PlutoniumFist = dogs
kingCrackers = Kraken
Imipolex G = cows
Haven = kittens
Idler = squirrels (may be more of an antagonist thing, though)
Morbid Forest = dragon
TheMightyAnonym = unicorn
Naney = kitty
Irene = vampire bat
Crmirnauc = phoenix
Ombre Morbide = crab
Super Lazuli = jellyfish
Deathonabun = bunny
Gelzo = seagull
Tre = improbably tall blue jay
Fouria G = Cirno

What shall we make of this?

So let's see what I can whip up for a fantasy god description.

Sebekara is one of the gods of magic in the civilization of Heapershangout, but that is only a small part of his role. He rules over reptiles and rivers, and he is one of the patron gods of the dragons. His most commonly encountered title is The Professor Gator. No one has yet figured out why this title uses a colloquial shortening of "alligator."

According to legend, Sebekara resides in a sanctuary beside the land's tallest waterfall, where he studies magic, observes the animals of his rivers, and ensures that his domain is running smoothly. A group of alligators, crocodiles, and pythons that were granted the power of intelligence and speech also resides in this sanctuary. They serve as his guards and advisors, and a few of them are said to be close friends of his.

The legends of Sebekara have given him a somewhat consistent personality. Despite often taking the form of an animal known to be belligerent when hungry and threatened, Sebekara is polite and rarely provokes fights. However, he has studied powerful hexes to prepare himself for when he really needs to use them.

Could use a little more work, but it's a start. And yes, I did squish two names from existing mythology together. It was the best I could do at the time.
