I have a Hebrew word, לא רצוי.

I CAN translate it into English, to which it means "Unwanted".

The problem is, I don't know how to...englishify the pronounciation of לא רצוי.

For example, stuff with Greek, which English is derived from, Google Translate has a rough "englishification" of the word.

However Jewish/Hebrew words don't do the same.

Y'all know what I'm talking about? What is this term/action/thing called?
