  • the thing that always got me about Song of the South was that the thing is still iconic c/o Splash Mountain and "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" but they refuse to unearth even a censored version of the film itself

    I remember reading that Song of the South was re-released theatrically in 1980 and that was the last time it ever saw any sort of authorized distribution
