Alt title: How To Respond To MAL Forum Threads If You Were In A Classroom "Paideia Discussion" Where You Got Points For Participating
These "quotes" are actually forum thread titles, and in fact are all the forum thread titles INCLUDING the ones that I wouldn't normally have any reason to even bother to look at due to a complete and utter lack of interest, as well as those for which I have something to say but really shouldn't touch.
> Stop making live-actions please?
I don't have any problem with live-action productions.
> Male users with female avatars
Guys like pretty girls. In fact it's a common rule-of-thumb that if you see a pretty girl it's actually a guy and if you see a pretty guy it's actually a girl.
> do you prefer male or female as evil
Either one works; I have no preference.
> Do you guys have a system to watch anime?
Whatever, whenever.
> The Hell Yeah This Season Is Awesome thread
I'm not watching anything from this season so I can't comment.
> Do you think Weeaboo shaming is getting out of hand?
If it's getting out of hand, it's getting out of hand, slumping onto the floor, and stinking even more than it used to.
> Will the anime industry die in 5 years?
No.
> Fate/Stay Night. CONFUSING
Franchise universes frequently are.
> Whats the longest you've gone without watching anime?
Weeks? Months, maybe.
> Is there an anime you consider a "masterpiece", but would not recommend to other people?
Well if I were to use the term "masterpiece" it generally means something I would recommend. But then again, I don't recommend everything to everybody. I guess I can volunteer Kiddy Grade or Arpeggio for this.
> 2016 Anime Watching Challenge - Discussion
I'm sorry but I'm not interested in this because it'd feel like ticking things off of a list for me.
> Intentionally watching "bad" anime
I've done it a few times and most of the time it's not as bad as people say it is.
> How & where do you watch your anime?
On my computer and in a chair, usually.
> Why use illegal streams?
To try out series before actually buying them.
> Will Noriaki Sugiyama (Sasuke Uchiha, Uryu Ishida, Emiya Shiro, etc...) receive the prize for Best Voice Actor of 2016?
I dunno lel
> Does anybody else prefer older anime?
I don't purposely select against anime based on age, though older ones tend to be a bit more hit-or-miss as far as art style.
> If liking a trap character isn't gay, does liking shemales isn't gay too?
None of it is gay or straight; it's all pictosexuality anyway.
> Why do most people like male characters over female characters?
I didn't know that; I thought the "default" for the mental image that comes to mind when someone says "anime character" is female actually.
> Why do CGDCT air in the middle of the night?
I have no idea why Country Gardens Development of Connecticut airs in the middle of the night.
> If anime characters somehow fell into our world, what do you see happening?
Donald Trump would claim credit for it.
> What is your anime watching preference?
Sci-fi or fantasy, drama, usually.
> If there's one thing you could remove from anime community, what would it be?
A choice between originalists who hate on dubs and wanksters who complain endlessly about "feminists"/"SJWs".
> So are these Chinese animations any good?
They probably are.
> Does the age of the characters matter to you?
Not really; it's not like they usually act their stated age anyway. 17-year-olds as professional military in first-world countries? Yeah right.
> Age of the westerner anime audience?
About 5 to 50.
> What was your first anime?
First thing I watched: Eagle Riders.
First thing I seriously watched: Voltron.
First thing I watched that wasn't totally reshaped by a localization company: Pokémon.
First series that "counts" for being non-mainstream enough to be a thing that is distinctive to the anime fandom: Neon Genesis Evangelion.
First series that really got me wanting to watch more anime: Kiddy Grade.
> Is it wrong to like mainstream anime?
No.
> How do you get post-anime depression?
I dunno how you do; I don't.
> what do you seek in anime?
Feels, I guess.
> This season
It's currently autumn where I am. I think the dry season is about to begin.
> Does slice of life anime make you lazy?
[s]Don't Say Lazy[/s] No, it doesn't.
> Disappointment or pleasant surprise?
Madoka Magica (disappointment); Beyond the Boundary (pleasant surprise).
> Rewatching an episode before moving on?
Sometimes I do this.
> Is depression getting worse from watching a lot of animes?
Probably if you pin your hopes for happiness on this and then you saturate yourself before you realize it was a bad idea to pin your hopes on it in the first place.
> Is It Really a Plot Twist?
It is if you think it is one.
> WaifuBuilding
What the hell does this word even mean?
> What anime is this?
I don't recognize it.
> Racing Anime *HELP*
I don't recognize that.
> Do anime studios genuinely not care about quality?
I dunno if they don't, but I might not.
> Being entertaining is an indication of quality too.
Well duh.
> Code Geass/Twin Star Exorcist
Never seen either.
> The 80's and 90's sure have a lot of OVA anime
Okay, this is a non-actionable statement.
> I'd like to ask a question about physical copies of anime
Just sit tight after it finishes airing. Sit tight longer if you want a dubbed version of it.
> Anime being fully adapted into a Hollywood movie!
This is about Ghost in the Shell right? *checks* Yep.
> Your Favorite Anime Being Adapted Into a Hollywood Movie
I don't much mind this.
> Holy Mother Of God Anime this season is......
...not something I'm watching, as usual. Also don't use the name of God in vain.
> When lips become visible or nearly visible
I don't mind them being less prominent
